Lead our culinary team to deliver outstanding dishes that define the Cafe Rio dining experience. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, mentor junior staff, develop seasonal menus, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety compliance.
Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to deliver a seamless guest experience. You'll manage scheduling, handle customer relations, drive revenue targets, and lead a dynamic team of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to uphold the Cafe Rio brand standard.
Join our kitchen brigade and prepare high-quality dishes according to Cafe Rio recipes and standards. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining station cleanliness, proper food storage, and consistent plating techniques under the guidance of the Head Chef.
